BUFORD, Ga. – The Buford Corn Maze, a family-friendly agri-tourism site in southern Hall County, has been named one of the “Top 25 Corn Mazes in America” by Country Living magazine.
“What a great honor from such a well-respected magazine promoting America’s rural side of life,” said Buford Corn Maze co-owner Rodney Miller. “Our team works hard each year to create the best possible experience for our customers, so this recognition from Country Living is especially rewarding.”
The magazine highlighted Buford Corn Maze’s family-friendly focus when describing why it made the list: “Put your skills to the test by buying a combo ticket for Buford Corn Maze’s five-acre labyrinth and haunted forest (for kids ages 10+) and try completing them back to back. In between mazes, be sure to check out the rest of the farm’s activities like their kid-friendly slides, fun jumping pillows, scenic hayrides, and more.”
“We strive to promote a family-friendly atmosphere while also educating children about agriculture and farming,” said Tina Beggs, Buford Corn Maze co-owner. “We offer something for everyone which is what Country Living magazine recognized.”
The Buford Corn Maze hours are expanded in October to 10 a.m.-7 p.m. on Mondays and Wednesdays; 10 a.m. to midnight on Fridays and Saturdays; and 10 a.m.-10 p.m. on Sundays. On Oct. 29-Oct. 31, the corn maze will be open from 10 a.m. to 10 p.m. for Halloween week.
